I Like the idea of the switch from agreements to commitments. Although both require action on my part, when I commit more of me and my heart is in it. Norms do not feel as if they require action from me. Also, this student BRAVING work is pure gold. Much to steal here.

I completely agree. I think commitment works both ways.
